SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TERMS
1. PACKAGING AND SHIPMENT At Osmanlı Marble, all marble sinks and natural stone products we manufacture are securely packaged in specially protected wooden crates/boxes with foam padding to prevent any damage during cargo and logistics processes.
2. DOMESTIC DELIVERY (TURKEY)
- For orders placed within Turkey, the production period is 5 business days.
- Once production is complete, the product is handed over to the courier, with an average delivery time of 3 business days.
- Domestic orders within Turkey are delivered to your address within a maximum of 8 business days.
3. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
- For orders placed outside Turkey (from any country in the world), the production period is 7 business days.
- Once production is complete, your orders are shipped via our contracted leading international courier companies (FedEx, DHL, UPS).

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- 🇺🇸 United States: Approximately 10 business days via FedEx
- 🇪🇺 Europe: Approximately 4 business days via FedEx
- Delivery times may vary depending on customs procedures and the courier company's distribution speed.
4. CARGO AND DELIVERY INSPECTION (VERY IMPORTANT) Natural stone and marble products fall into the heavy and fragile category. Please pay attention to the following when receiving your product:
- Check whether there is any visible crushing, breakage, or damage on the cargo box/crate.
- If you detect any damage, do not accept the delivery and immediately request an official Damage Assessment Report (Hasar Tespit Tutanağı) from the courier.
- For shipments with a Damage Assessment Report, a replacement product will be organized by our company immediately. For deliveries where no report has been filed, our company cannot be held responsible for cargo-related damage.
