SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Production and Packaging Process

All marble sinks and natural stone products at OSMANLI MARBLE are carefully prepared upon order placement:

  • Domestic Orders (Turkey): Once your order is confirmed, there is a production and preparation lead time of 5 business days.

  • International Orders: Following order confirmation, production and preparation take 5 to 7 business days.

  • Packaging: All products are insured and securely packaged in impact-resistant, custom wooden crates with reinforced foam and styrofoam padding to meet international transit standards.

Delivery Times and Carriers

  • Domestic Delivery: After production is completed, your items will be delivered directly to your address anywhere in Turkey within 2 to 3 business days.

  • International Express Shipping: Upon completion of production, orders are dispatched swiftly and safely to your destination via our global shipping partners, including FedEx, DHL, and UPS.

Shipping Fees and Customs Duties

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the destination country.

  • For international shipments, any local customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may arise according to the recipient country’s legal regulations are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Inspection Upon Delivery and Transit Damage

Marble sinks and natural stone items are delicate goods. You must open and inspect the package in the presence of the courier/delivery driver at the time of delivery.

  • If you identify any breakage or damage caused during transit, you must request an official Damage Assessment Report (Hasar Tespit Tutanağı) from the courier on the spot.

  • Products with an official report will be replaced immediately at no additional cost. Claims for damaged or broken goods without an official Damage Assessment Report remain the responsibility of the buyer.
