Your order is not considered accepted until confirmed by OSMANLI MARBLE. Payment must be received and processed prior to order acceptance. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as OSMANLI MARBLE may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order is accepted. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you via the email, billing address, or phone number provided at the time the order was placed. Purchased products are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays. All shipping dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by logistics carriers, customs clearance, or events beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery of the goods to the carrier. Because our marble sinks are made of natural, fragile materials, you must inspect the package in the presence of the courier/delivery driver upon arrival. In case of any transit damage or breakage, you must request an official Damage Assessment Report (Hasar Tespit Tutanağı) from the carrier. We cannot accept liability for claims of transit damage submitted without an official carrier report.
