RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

General Return Policy

All marble sinks and natural stone products sold under OSMANLI MARBLE involve custom craftsmanship, delicate natural materials, and high shipping and packaging standards. Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our products, returns are not accepted. All purchases are considered final once completed.

Right of Withdrawal and Cancellations

Due to the fragile nature of natural stone and the fact that shipment and packaging preparation begins immediately upon order placement, orders are not eligible for cancellation, exchange, or the right of withdrawal.

Production & Delivery Timeline

Each OSMANLI MARBLE product is handcrafted to order. Please allow 5 business days for production before your order is dispatched.

Estimated shipping times after dispatch:

🇺🇸 United States: Approximately 10 business days via FedEx
🇪🇺 Europe: Approximately 4 business days via FedEx

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Damaged Products – Replacement Guarantee

We take full responsibility for products damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please follow the steps below within 24 hours of delivery:

Photograph the damaged product clearly from multiple angles.
Photograph the shipping box, showing any visible impact damage to the packaging.
Send both sets of photos to info@marblecenter.com.tr or via WhatsApp at +90 533 576 90 96.

Upon receipt and verification of the photos, OSMANLI MARBLE will produce and ship an identical replacement product at no additional cost to you. Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery or without photographic evidence cannot be processed.

Import Duties and Customs Fees

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
