DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
1. PARTIES Seller: Osmanlı Marble (marblecenter.com.tr) Buyer: The customer placing an order through www.osmanlimarble.myshopify.com.
2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation, regarding the sale and delivery of marble sinks and natural stone products ordered electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER's website.
3. DELIVERY AND PRODUCTION
- For domestic orders within Turkey, the production period is 5 business days and the shipping delivery period is 3 business days, with delivery completed within a maximum of 8 business days in total.
- For international orders, the production period is 7 business days, after which the product is handed over to FedEx, DHL, or UPS courier companies.
4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN CONDITIONS Since all marble and natural stone products subject to sale are specially processed and manufactured based on the buyer's order, there is no right of withdrawal or discretionary return/exchange pursuant to Article 15/b of the Distance Contracts Regulation.
5. DAMAGED PRODUCTS In the event that a product is found to be broken or damaged during cargo delivery, if an official Damage Assessment Report (Hasar Tespit Tutanağı) is filed with the courier on the spot, the product will be replaced free of charge by the SELLER.
